Target Information
PHLPP2는 Akt 및 PKC 신호 조절에 관여하는 단백질 인산화효소로, AGC Ser/Thr 단백질 키나아제 패밀리의 C-말단 영역의 인산화 부위를 탈인산화합니다.
특히 AKT1의 Ser-473, PRKCB(β-II)의 Ser-660, PRKCA의 Ser-657 잔기에 작용하여 세포 생존과 세포사멸(apoptosis)의 균형을 조절합니다.
STK4의 Thr-387을 탈인산화하여 STK4를 활성화시키며, RPS6KB1의 탈인산화에도 관여하여 캡 의존적 번역 조절에 영향을 미칩니다.
암세포 증식을 억제하며 종양 억제 인자로 작용할 수 있습니다. PRKCA, PRKCB, RAF1의 탈인산화를 통해 이들의 안정성과 활성을 억제합니다.
