For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) is a member of the Ena-VASP protein family. These proteins contain an EVH1 N-terminal domain that binds proteins with E/DFPPPPXD/E motifs, targeting Ena-VASP proteins to focal adhesions.
The mid-region includes a proline-rich domain that binds SH3 and WW domain-containing proteins.
The C-terminal EVH2 domain mediates tetramerization and binds both G and F actin, contributing to filamentous actin formation and cell adhesion/motility.
VASP may also participate in intracellular signaling regulating integrin–extracellular matrix interactions and is regulated by cyclic nucleotide-dependent kinases PKA and PKG.
