For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The PPP1R8 gene produces three isoforms through alternative splicing.

• Two isoforms act as specific inhibitors of type 1 serine/threonine protein phosphatases and can bind but not cleave RNA.
• The third isoform functions as a magnesium-dependent single-strand endoribonuclease, comparable to RNase E of E. coli, and cleaves specific sites in A+U-rich regions of RNA.
