- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human Carbonic Anhydrase 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 5B, 7, 8, or 9 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is one of several isozymes of carbonic anhydrase.
This protein is found only in salivary glands and saliva, and may play a role in the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide, though its function in saliva is unknown.
