Target Information
This gene encodes a transcription factor that interacts with specific negative regulatory elements (NREs) to mediate transcriptional repression of certain NF-κB-responsive genes. The protein localizes predominantly to the nucleolus, with a small fraction found in the nucleoplasm and cytoplasm.
