Target Information
ARHGEF11은 1527개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질로, dbl homology 및 pleckstrin homology 도메인, PDZ 도메인, 두 개의 proline-rich 서열, 그리고 G protein-signaling (RGS) 서열을 포함합니다.
이 단백질은 RhoA GTPase에 대한 guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF)로 작용하며, RAC1이나 CDC42에 대해서는 작용하지 않습니다.
또한 GNA12 및 GNA13에 대한 GTPase-activating protein (GAP)으로 기능하며, G 단백질과 복합체를 형성하여 Rho 의존적 신경돌기 수축 신호를 매개합니다.
ARHGEF11은 EAAT4와 상호 작용하여 글루타메이트 수송을 4배 증가시키며, 시냅스 주변 분포를 조절합니다.
이 단백질은 세포골격 재구성에 관여하며, 과발현 시 막 주름 및 필로포디아 형성을 유도합니다.
