Target Information
Neutral cholesterol ester hydrolase 1 (NCEH1), also known as arylacetamide deacetylase-like 1 (AADACL1) or KIAA1363, is an enzyme encoded by the NCEH1 gene in humans.
NCEH1 is located in the endoplasmic reticulum and hydrolyzes 2-acetyl monoalkylglycerol ether, participating in the enzymatic regulation of platelet activating factor and lysophospholipids, which may be involved in cancer development.
