Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Serine protease that degrades elastin, fibronectin, laminin, vitronectin, and collagen types I, III, and IV (in vitro).
By cleaving and activating receptor F2RL1/PAR-2, enhances endothelial cell barrier function and vascular integrity during neutrophil transendothelial migration.
May play a role in neutrophil transendothelial migration, likely when associated with CD177.
