Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW). The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to one week. For longer periods, store small aliquots at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

TREM2 is a membrane protein that forms a receptor signaling complex with TYROBP. It may be involved in chronic inflammation by triggering the production of constitutive inflammatory cytokines. Mutations in this gene are associated with polycystic lipomembranous osteodysplasia with sclerosing leukoencephalopathy (PLOSL).
