Product Specific Information
Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

LRRK2 is a multidomain protein containing kinase, GTPase, and leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domains.
Mutations in LRRK2 are associated with Parkinson’s disease.
It encodes a protein with ankyrin repeat, LRR, kinase, DFG-like, RAS, GTPase, MLK-like, and WD40 domains.
LRRK2 is mainly localized in the cytoplasm and associates with the mitochondrial outer membrane.
