Target Information
Mouse Bright (B-cell regulator of IgH transcription) 단백질은 B 세포에서 특이적으로 발현되며, 일시적 전사 활성화 실험에서 IgH enhancer를 전사 활성화합니다. Bright 및 Drosophila dead ringer (dri) 유전자 산물은 A/T-rich interaction domain (ARID)이라 불리는 보존된 DNA 결합 도메인을 공유하는 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다.
