Target Information
COPS8는 COP9 signalosome (CSN) 복합체의 구성 성분으로, 단백질 탈유비퀴틴화 효소 및 단백질 키나아제와 상호작용하는 보존된 단백질 복합체입니다. CSN 복합체는 SCF형 E3 리가아제 복합체의 탈네딜화를 매개하여 유비퀴틴 리가아제 활성을 감소시키는 등 유비퀴틴 결합 경로의 중요한 조절자 역할을 합니다. 또한 CK2 및 PKD 키나아제와의 연관을 통해 p53, c-jun/JUN, ITPK1 및 IRF8/ICSBP의 인산화에도 관여합니다. CSN8은 CSN의 가장 작은 하위 단위로, Drosophila 발달 및 말초 T 세포 항상성 유지에 필수적인 것으로 보고되었습니다.
