Target Information
LILRB3 유전자는 leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR) family에 속하며, 염색체 19q13.4 영역에 위치합니다. 이 단백질은 B class LIR receptor 하위군에 속하며, 2–4개의 extracellular immunoglobulin domain, transmembrane domain, 그리고 2–4개의 cytoplasmic immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM)을 포함합니다.
면역세포에서 발현되어 MHC class I 분자와 결합하며, 면역 반응 자극을 억제하는 음성 신호를 전달합니다. 염증 반응과 세포독성을 조절하여 자가반응을 제한하는 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 다양한 isoform을 암호화하는 여러 전사 변이가 보고되었습니다.
