Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Apolipoprotein A-1 (apo A-1) in human plasma is a major protein component of high-density lipoprotein (HDL).
It has a molecular mass of 24 kDa and serves as a cofactor for enzymes involved in cholesterol turnover.
Apo A-1 is produced in the liver, with plasma concentrations of 270–380 mg/100 mL.
