Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris와 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
CD59 (Protectin)은 18–20 kDa 크기의 GPI-결합 단백질로, 세포막 공격 복합체(MAC)의 형성을 억제하는 보체 조절 단백질입니다.
CD59는 C5b-8 복합체와 결합하여 세포막 내 세공 형성을 방지하며, T 세포 공자극 및 림프구 신호전달에도 관여합니다.
이 단백질의 돌연변이는 용혈성 빈혈, 혈전증, 뇌경색을 포함하는 CD59 결핍 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이가 보고되어 있습니다.
