For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The genes for all four subunits of the T-cell antigen receptor (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta) are regulated by distinct enhancers and their enhancer-binding proteins.
Marine and Winoto (1991) identified a common TCR regulatory element through the binding of the enhancer-binding protein GATA3 to the enhancer elements of all four TCR genes.
GATA3, containing a zinc finger domain, is expressed abundantly in T lymphocytes and is believed to participate in T-cell receptor gene activation through enhancer binding.
The human GATA3 gene comprises six exons distributed over 17 kb of DNA, with two zinc fingers encoded by separate exons highly conserved with those of GATA1.
