TIF1 gamma는 Transcriptional Intermediary Factor 1 (TIF1) 패밀리에 속하며, 전사 조절에서 coactivator 및 corepressor로 작용합니다. TIF1 alpha 및 TIF1 beta와 유사한 구조를 가지며, RING finger, coiled coil, B boxes, PHD/TTC, bromodomain 등의 여러 도메인을 포함합니다. TIF1 gamma는 세포 분화 및 발달, 특히 조혈세포 분화에 관여합니다.
