Product Specific Information
Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. (Product has been overfilled to ensure complete recovery.) Centrifuge to remove particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily. Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.
Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin mouse serum proteins, light chains on all mouse immunoglobulins, mouse IgG F(ab')₂ fragment, or serum proteins from bovine, horse, or human.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of specific targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance experimental flexibility by enabling use with various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and increase sensitivity via signal amplification.
Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity purification, fragmentation, conjugation) to ensure high specificity.
