Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ZBTB17 is a transcription factor that can act as an activator or repressor depending on its binding partners. It regulates negative modulators of cell cycle progression and is essential for early lymphocyte development by preventing apoptosis in lymphoid precursors. It binds to promoters of adenovirus major late protein and cyclin D1, activating transcription, and is required for embryonic development during gastrulation.
