E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase로 작용하여 MHC-I 및 CD4의 유비퀴틴화를 매개하고, 이들의 엔도사이토시스 및 리소좀으로의 분류를 촉진합니다.
주로 뇌와 태반에서 발현됩니다.
