Product Specific Information
Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.
Target Information
Transcriptional coactivator that specifically associates with either OCT1 or OCT2.
It boosts OCT1-mediated promoter activity and, to a lesser extent, that of OCT2.
It has no intrinsic DNA-binding activity and recognizes the POU domains of OCT1 and OCT2.
Essential for B-cell response to antigens and required for germinal center formation.
