Target Information
IRF9는 항바이러스 면역에 필수적인 전사 인자로, type I interferon (IFN-α, IFN-β) 신호 전달을 매개합니다. IFN이 세포 표면 수용체에 결합하면 Jak kinases (TYK2, JAK1)가 활성화되어 STAT1과 STAT2의 인산화를 유도합니다. IRF9/ISGF3G는 인산화된 STAT1:STAT2 이합체와 결합하여 ISGF3 전사 인자 복합체를 형성하고, 핵으로 이동하여 IFN 자극 반응 요소(ISRE)에 결합해 항바이러스 유전자 발현을 촉진합니다.
