Target Information
EPS15 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in cell growth regulation and may regulate mitogenic signaling and cell proliferation. Phosphorylation of EPS15 on Tyrosine 849 upon DNA damage is related to EGFR internalization. Chromosomal aberrations involving EPS15 are observed in acute leukemias, resulting in abnormal activator proteins.
