Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The LHX1 gene encodes a LIM domain-containing protein, a cysteine-rich zinc-binding transcriptional regulator.
It is involved in differentiation and development of neural and lymphoid cells.
In mice, a similar protein acts as an essential regulator of the vertebrate head organizer.
