Product Specific Information
- For IHC (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Formalin-fixed tissue staining requires heating sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

Delta 1 Catenin is an efficient tyrosine kinase substrate involved in cell transformation by SRC and in ligand-induced receptor signaling through EGF, PDGF, CSF-1, and ERBB2 receptors.
Catenin-cadherin complexes link to the actin filament network, playing a crucial role in cadherin-mediated cell adhesion.
