Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies는 human immunoglobulins에 대해 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체입니다. 이러한 항체는 검출, 분류, 정제 등 다양한 응용에 유용하며, HRP, AP, 형광 등 여러 검출 시스템과 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한 여러 secondary antibody가 하나의 primary antibody에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 민감도를 제공합니다. 대부분의 secondary antibody는 목표 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역시켜 생성하며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등으로 추가 정제 및 변형될 수 있습니다.
