• Upon receipt, product may be stored at -20°C for short-term use (less than 6 months).
• For long-term storage, store at -70°C or below to maintain full activity.
• Thaw vial in cold tap water until just thawed.
• Aliquot and refreeze unused contents to minimize freeze-thaw effects.
• Refreeze on dry ice or in a dry ice/alcohol bath.
• Further dilution should be done in buffers containing protein (e.g., 0.1% BSA) or tissue culture media with serum.
• Do not dilute below 2 × 10⁵ units/mL for freezing.
• One freeze-thaw cycle equals thawing an aliquot prepared from the received material.
