Target Information

L-plastin은 fimbrin 단백질 패밀리에 속하는 백혈구 특이적 actin 번들링 단백질입니다. 두 개의 actin-binding domain과 두 개의 EF-hand형 calcium-binding domain을 가지며, 염증 자극에 반응하여 headpiece 영역의 serine 잔기에서 인산화됩니다. L-plastin은 백혈구에서 integrin 매개 부착 조절에 관여할 것으로 추정됩니다. 대부분의 인간 고형 종양 유래 암세포주에서 발현되며, 안드로겐 수용체 양성 전립선 및 유방암 세포에서 testosterone에 의해 발현이 증가합니다.
