In direct ELISAs, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) LMIR5 is observed.
No cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse LMIR3, LMIR4, or human LMIR1, LMIR2, LMIR6.

CD300LB is a nonclassical activating receptor of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily expressed on myeloid cells.
