Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The IL1RN gene encodes a cytokine receptor belonging to the interleukin 1 receptor family. It acts as a receptor for IL1A, IL1B, and IL1R1/IL1RA, playing a key role in cytokine-induced immune and inflammatory responses.
This gene, along with IL1R2, IL1RL2, and IL1RL1, forms a cytokine receptor gene cluster located on chromosome 2q12.
