Target Information
TMOD1 유전자는 tropomodulin 계열 단백질을 암호화하며, actin-capping 단백질로서 tropomyosin의 N-말단에 결합하여 actin 필라멘트의 탈중합 및 신장을 억제하고 적혈구 막 골격의 구조에 영향을 미칩니다. 동일 단백질을 암호화하는 다중 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
