Target Information
KTELC1 (also termed CLP46) is a glucosyltransferase involved in protein modification and glycosylation.
It encodes a 392-amino acid protein (~46 kDa) that undergoes glycosylation modification.
KTELC1 is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum lumen and abundantly expressed in liver, brain, heart, skeletal muscle, spleen, kidney, placenta, lung, and peripheral blood leukocytes.
It may play a role in cell proliferation and the Notch signaling pathway.
