Target Information
MIB는 E3 유비퀴틴-단백질 리가아제로, Notch 단백질의 리간드인 Delta 수용체의 유비퀴틴화를 매개합니다. 이 단백질은 Delta 매개 Notch 신호를 양성 조절하며, Delta 수용체의 세포내 도메인을 유비퀴틴화하여 내재화를 유도합니다. 또한 MIB는 DAPK1의 유비퀴틴화 및 프로테아솜 분해를 매개하여 DAPK1의 항-아폽토시스 효과를 억제하고 TNF 유도 세포사멸을 촉진할 수 있습니다.
