Target Information
CYFIP2 (Cytoplasmic FMR1-interacting protein 2, p53-inducible protein 121)는 인간 CYFIP2 유전자에 의해 암호화된 1,278 아미노산 단백질입니다. CYFIP2는 CYFIP 패밀리에 속하며 T-세포 부착 및 p53 의존적 세포사멸 유도에 관여합니다. FMR1, FXR1, FXR2와 상호작용하며, Abi-2, CYFIP2, C3orf10/HSPC300, NAP125 및 WASF1/WAVE1로 구성된 WAVE1 복합체의 구성 요소입니다. 활성화된 Rac1에 결합하면 CYFIP2는 복합체를 해리시켜 활성화된 WASF1을 방출합니다. CYFIP2 프로모터는 p53 결합 및 전사 활성화를 유도하는 p53-반응성 요소를 포함하고 있으며, CYFIP2 발현 유도는 caspase 활성화 및 세포사멸을 유발합니다.
