• Reactive with all tested strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae
• Reactive with 9 strains of N. gonorrhoeae, N. lactamica & N. meningitidis
• Non-reactive with: N. mucosa, N. perflava, N. sicca, Gardnerella vaginalis, group B Streptococcus, Candida albicans, Hemophilus influenzae type B, Chlamydia trachomatis, Trichomonas vaginalis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Ureaplasma urealyticum, and Herpes simplex virus type 2

Purified preparations consist of >90% pure mouse monoclonal antibody purified from ascites fluid by protein A chromatography.
Formulated at 100 µg/mL in 0.01 M phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.2) containing 0.1% sodium azide.
Each vial contains 1.0 mL.
No stabilizing proteins are included. Store at 4°C until use.
Working dilution must be determined by the user. Suggested starting ranges:

• ICC/IF: 1:10–1:50
• ELISA: 1:20–1:200
