Target Information
Pellino 단백질은 Toll-like receptor (TLR) 경로의 상위 매개체로 작용하는 E3 ubiquitin ligase 계열입니다. Pellino 1은 IRAK4-IRAK-TRAF6 복합체와 상호작용하여 interleukin-1 매개 신호 전달에 필요하며, NF-Kappa-B 활성화를 유도합니다. 또한 Pellino 1은 IRAK1의 polyubiquitination을 촉매할 수 있으며, IRAK1, IRAK4 또는 IKK-epsilon 및 TBK1에 의해 인산화되어 활성화됩니다. 이 단백질의 활성은 ubiquitination 및 sumoylation에 의해 조절됩니다.
