Product Specific Information

This antibody recognizes the p40 subunit and the p70 heterodimer of human IL-12, and can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA assays. It does not effectively neutralize IL-12.

AHC9122 is >98% pure by SDS-PAGE. Further dilutions should be made in medium or buffered solution with carrier protein, such as PBS with 0.1-1.0% BSA. The addition of a preservative is also recommended for long term storage. For maximal stability, apportion into working aliquots and store at -70ºC, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Target Information
