Target Information
NQO1는 NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (quinone) 계열에 속하는 세포질 2전자 환원효소로, FAD 결합 단백질이며 homodimer를 형성합니다. Quinone을 hydroquinone으로 환원하여 free radical 생성 억제에 관여합니다.
NQO1의 발현 이상은 다양한 종양 및 알츠하이머병(AD)과 관련되어 있습니다.
