Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FBXO42는 약 40개의 아미노산으로 구성된 F-box 모티프를 포함하는 F-box 단백질 계열에 속합니다. SCF 복합체는 SKP1, cullin, F-box 단백질로 구성되어 단백질-유비퀴틴 리가아제로 작용합니다. F-box 단백질은 F box를 통해 SKP1과 상호작용하며, 다른 단백질 상호작용 도메인을 통해 유비퀴틴화 표적과 결합합니다.
