Target Information
Granzyme B는 granzyme serine protease 계열의 단백질로, cytotoxic T 세포와 NK 세포의 과립 내에 존재합니다. 활성화된 세포독성 T 림프구에서만 발현되는 serine protease로, 표적 세포의 apoptosis 유도에 핵심적인 역할을 합니다. Granzyme B는 caspase-3를 절단하여 DNA fragmentation을 유도하거나, Bid 단백질 절단을 통해 미토콘드리아 경로를 통해 세포 사멸을 유도할 수 있습니다. Granzymes는 CTL 및 NK 세포의 특수한 용해성 과립 내에 저장되는 중성 serine protease입니다.
