• Reconstitution:
  Briefly centrifuge vial before opening. Reconstitute sTNF-RII in sterile distilled water (0.1–1.0 mg/mL). Further dilutions should be made in aqueous buffers with carrier protein (0.1–1.0% BSA). Do not vortex. Store reconstituted solution at 2–8°C up to 1 week. For long-term storage, dilute in buffer with 0.1% BSA and store aliquots at -20°C to -80°C.
• Storage:
  Lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature for 1 month; store at -20°C for long-term. Working aliquots with carrier protein are stable ≥3 months at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Target Information

TNFR2 (tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1B) is a receptor with high affinity for TNFSF2/TNF-α and lower affinity for homotrimeric TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-α. The TRAF1/TRAF2 complex recruits apoptotic suppressors BIRC2 and BIRC3 to TNFRSF1B/TNFR2. TNFR2 mediates most metabolic effects of TNF-α.
