CDKL5 serine/threonine kinase (STK9)는 X-linked infantile spasm syndrome (ISSX), X-linked West syndrome, 및 Rett syndrome (RTT)과 관련된 단백질입니다.
CDKL5는 splicing regulatory protein의 인산화 상태를 조절하여 nuclear speckle 형태를 제어할 수 있으며, pre-mRNA 가공에 간접적으로 관여할 수 있습니다.
