Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TMEM100 plays a role in embryonic arterial endothelium differentiation and vascular morphogenesis through the ACVRL1 receptor-dependent signaling pathway activated by bone morphogenetic proteins (e.g., GDF2/BMP9 and BMP10).
It also regulates nociception by modulating the interaction between TRPA1 and TRPV1 in dorsal root ganglia (DRG) neurons, weakening their interaction and enhancing TRPA1 activity.
