For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

BUBR1 (BUB1B) is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family and a key component of the mitotic checkpoint that delays anaphase until all chromosomes are properly attached to the mitotic spindle.
Defective spindle checkpoints contribute to genetic instability and malignant transformation.
Human cells express two related checkpoint kinases, hBUBR1 and hBUB1, which regulate kinetochore-microtubule interactions.
BUBR1 is essential for normal mitotic progression, preventing premature anaphase entry.
It has been detected in various human cancers and identified as a binding partner of BCSG1, which may accelerate breast cancer progression by compromising mitotic checkpoint control.
