Target Information
CENPF 유전자는 centromere-kinetochore 복합체와 결합하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 G2기 동안 핵 매트릭스에 존재하며, 후기 G2기에는 kinetochore에 결합하여 초기 anaphase까지 유지됩니다. 이후 spindle midzone 및 intracellular bridge에 위치하며, 세포 분열 중 염색체 분리에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 암 또는 이식편대숙주질환(GVHD) 환자에서 이 단백질에 대한 자가항체가 발견된 바 있습니다.
