Target Information
TGF-alpha는 EGF 관련 성장인자로, EGF 수용체를 통해 신호를 전달하며 다양한 표피 및 상피세포의 증식을 자극합니다. 단핵구, 케라티노사이트 및 여러 종양세포에서 생성됩니다. 배양 세포에서 부착 독립적 변환을 유도하며, 인간, 생쥐, 랫트 간 교차 반응성을 보입니다. TGF-alpha (aa 50)는 EGF와 33%의 상동성을 가지며 EGFR에 결합하여 수용체의 티로신 인산화를 활성화하고 세포 증식을 촉진합니다. 종양 개시 과정에서 가역적 변형 표현형을 유도하는 역할을 합니다.
