Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

CLDN6 encodes a member of the claudin family, an integral membrane protein and entry cofactor for hepatitis C virus. Gene methylation may be involved in esophageal tumorigenesis. CLDN6 is located adjacent to CLDN9 on chromosome 16.
