Product Overview
Norgen’s Exosome Purification and RNA Isolation Kits provide an all-in-one system for exosome purification and RNA isolation from urine samples. Based on spin column chromatography, they isolate RNA of all sizes without bias and require no special instruments or hazardous reagents. Elution volume is flexible (50–100 µL), and purified RNA is of high integrity, free from protein-bound RNA, suitable for applications such as RT-PCR, Northern blotting, and expression array assays.

Storage Conditions and Product Stability
All buffers should be tightly sealed and stored at room temperature. The kit is stable for 2 years after shipment. If salt precipitation occurs, warm Lysis Buffer A for 20 minutes at 60°C.
Important Note
Urine stored at -70°C, -20°C, or 4°C may develop precipitates that can affect exosome recovery. Use Norgen’s Urine Preservative to maintain nucleic acid and protein integrity for up to 2 years at room temperature.
