Target Information
KLF17은 전사 억제 인자로, 표적 유전자의 프로모터에 결합하여 발현을 억제합니다. 유방암에서 상피-간엽 전이(EMT) 및 전이를 음성 조절하며, ID1 프로모터의 5'-CACCC-3' 서열에 결합하여 발현을 억제합니다. 또한 생식세포 특이적 전사 인자로서 정자세포 분화 및 난자 발달에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
