Target Information
SMARCA5는 SWI/SNF 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, helicase 및 ATPase 활성을 가지고 있습니다. 이 단백질은 염색질 구조를 조절하여 특정 유전자의 전사를 조절하는 역할을 합니다. 또한 SMARCA5는 chromatin remodeling 및 spacing factor RSF의 구성 요소로, RNA polymerase II에 의해 전사되는 class II 유전자들의 전사를 촉진합니다. 이 단백질은 Drosophila ISWI chromatin remodeling 단백질과 유사한 서열을 가집니다.
